FREIGHT

  • How Long Is The Delivery Time?
    The orders are packed and shipped from our logistics center in Eastern Norway. Normal delivery time is 3-4 business days, depending on where the the package is to be sent.
  • What does the shipping cost?
    The standard freight rate may differ. In promotional periods it can be free shipping.
  • Can I track my order?
    The tracking number will be sent to you at the specified email address as soon as the item has been prepared with us. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact post@porsgrund.com.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • I haven't received the item yet - can I cancel my purchase?
    If you want to cancel the order please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email at post@porsgrund.com. If the order is not already implemented, we will do what we can to meet your wish.
  • How do I return items that I do not want, and does this cost anything?
    Ordinary deadline for e-commerce is 14 days. With us you have an extended right of withdrawal for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods. The product must be in salable condition ie unused and with the original packaging intact.Receivables will be credited back into the account a few days after we have received and processed the return. Important: You must use a return slip from Postnord that is included in the package. This can be found in the plastic pocket on the outside of the consignment along with the delivery note..
